Libertine Restaurant has designed an exciting menu incorporating the French influence in Southern Vietnam during the Indochine colonisation. Fusing Vietnamese staples with French technique and French classics with Vietnamese sensibilities, the food is both fresh & light but driven by herbs and spices.
